PHILOSOPHY
Creative research and strategic analysis are the watchword of our approach. We believe that qualitative research, like the brands in its charge, must constantly re-invent itself to remain relevant and exciting both today and tomorrow. To meet this challenge the way that we approach research is constantly evolving. In addition to the classic qualitative approaches of group and individual interviewing, we have added a variety of new spins:

• Creative and intrusive approaches to illuminate the world of taken for granted assumptions which underlie much behaviour.
• Stream of consciousness approaches to reveal the ways in which consumers process communications and interact with brands.
• Interactive forum approaches in which clients can engage in a more active interface with the consumer.
• Observational approaches to get a firmer grasp of what behaviour really happens.
